Kentucky Colonels Amateur Radio Club monthly meetings are held on the 4th Tuesday of each month at 6:30 pm. The location is at Richardsville Fire Dept #3 288 Oak St, Plum Springs KY. All are Welcome to join us. You do not need to be a member.
Field Day Events
Kentucky Colonels Amateur Radio Club actively participates in the Winter and Summer Field Day Events each year. Plan to come out and join us for these fun events.
KCARC participation in the Winter Field Day Association (WFDA), will take place over the January 28-29, 2023 weekend. Event will be at the Green River Gun Club, 1718 Price Chapel Rd, Bowling Green, KY https://greenrivergunclub.com/
Set up begins at 9:00 am CST January 28. The 24-hour operational period starts at 1900 UTC on Saturday, the 28th and ends at 18:59 UTC on Sunday, the 29th. Everyone is invited to attend. For detailed information of the event go to:
The Kentucky Colonels Amateur Radio Club sponsors the Annual Vette City Hamfest each year on the first Saturday of October. Check back for further update for 2023
Ham Radio Testing
The Western Kentucky DX Association conducts a License Testing Session 4 times each year. These are held at the Woodman Life Building, 519 Old Morgantown Rd, Bowling Green, KY.
